Your Tasks
We are seeking a high-performing Accessories Value Consultant to support a premium vehicle manufacturer within their Aftersales Department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), with experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, and a proactive, professional approach in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Role:
This program supports accessory sales in the UK & Ireland, aiding retailer network engagement and end-customer sales. The goal is to increase retailer accessory achievement against potential, focusing on engagement with Parts Managers and other retail departments (Sales, Aftersales, Used Cars). The program includes deploying pilot projects, campaigns, and initiatives from OEM and NSC to help retailers meet their accessory parts targets.
Current accessory sales are approximately £48m annually, with this role expected to generate an additional £1.43M in turnover.
* Promote central accessory programs and initiatives, identify new opportunities, compile best practices, and develop innovative sales initiatives.
* Ensure retailers meet accessory targets and enhance their skills and knowledge to maximize accessory and lifestyle sales.
* Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to discuss performance, initiatives, and support topics; participate in development & progress meetings.
* Attend weekly virtual meetings with the Service Development team to address issues and receive updates.
* Manage projects and stakeholder alignment effectively, communicating clearly and escalating issues when necessary.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have automotive, accessory product, and retail experience to make an immediate impact. This 12-month FTC focuses on strategic initiatives and pilots to increase best practice documentation and support UK & Ireland retailers in boosting accessory performance, especially through new opportunities and increased throughput.
* Experience in Relationship/Stakeholder Management.
* Proven track record of self-driven projects and innovative practices demonstrating ROI.
* Ability to interpret and analyze data from various sources, including dashboards and reports, and make recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to inspire team members and work independently with motivation.
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and passion for the brand.
* Flexibility to work in a hybrid role between Farnborough office and home.
