The Role of a Warehouse Team Leader in our Aylesford CDC
* Manage the stock team to prepare deliveries and collection of stock.
* Take responsibility for 100% accuracy of picking and transferring stock into the dispatch bays.
* Ensure the stock remains organised.
* Proactively seek operational improvements to reduce costs.
* Manage internal stock movements with sending/receiving locations to reduce stock integrity issues.
What do you need to succeed as a Warehouse Team Leader?
* Experience within a stock control or warehouse setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in working with several systems.
* Ideally have experience leading a team.

Monday - Friday & Alternating Saturdays Mornings
