Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Drivers Mates to support our delivery and installation teams. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist in delivering and installing a range of home technology products, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the safe delivery and installation of white goods, televisions, and cookers into customer's homes
* Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and ensuring satisfaction
* Handle products with care and follow all health and safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and manufacturers when required
* Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve calmly and efficiently
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
