About The Role
We are looking for a VAG Diagnostic Vehicle Technician with strong experience working on Volkswagen Group vehicles.
You will be responsible for advanced vehicle fault diagnosis, precision servicing, and complex mechanical and electronic repair work across modern automotive systems.
This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working with cutting-edge automotive electronics, advanced vehicle software systems, and high-level mechanical engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced fault diagnosis using manufacturer-level software
* Complete servicing and preventative maintenance to engineering specifications
* Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, braking systems, and chassis components
* Diagnose electrical, sensor, and ECU-related faults
* Work with specialist VAG diagnostic platforms and technical data systems
* Maintain strict quality, safety, and compliance standards
* Complete accurate service records and technical documentation
* Support workshop efficiency and knowledge sharing
About You
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Automotive Engineer
* Strong technical knowledge of VW, Audi, SEAT, or Škoda vehicle platforms
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic engineering ability
* Detail-focused with high standards of workmanship
* Comfortable working independently within a professional workshop
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools preferred but not essential
