In this central, fast-paced role, you will act as the crucial link between the new business and property management departments. Your primary focus will be delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new tenants, guiding them from the initial application phase right through to their exciting move-in day. Key Responsibilities * Tenant Onboarding: Managing the complete application process, including submitting referencing and closely following up to ensure swift approvals. * Pre-Tenancy Logistics: Coordinating with the property management team and third-party contractors to ensure homes are fully prepared for move-in.
