Your Role as a Level 3 Practitioner
Deliver high-quality care and education tailored to each child’s individual needs
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development through play and interaction
Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
~ Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
~1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
~ Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
