Key Responsibilities
9. Take ownership of creating, managing, and continuously improving schedules across the service
10. Ensure efficient allocation of Care Professionals to meet client needs
11. Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and service demands
12. Plan ahead to anticipate capacity gaps and work with recruitment to address them
13. Maintain continuity and consistency of care wherever possible
14. Monitor scheduling performance and identify areas for improvement
15. Act as a central point of coordination between teams
16. Support the business in balancing client demand with staff availability
17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the scheduling system
18. Contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
19. Experience managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment such as care, logistics, transport, workforce planning, or operations
20. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
21. Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership
22. Excellent communication skills
23. A proactive, problem-solving mindset
24. High attention to detail
25. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
26. Comfortable working with systems, data, and scheduling software
