Your Future Team: Reporting to the Business Manager for UK & Ireland, you will help ensure Rockpanel products and systems are the preferred choice in the construction market by strengthening existing relationships and developing new partnerships with customers, contractors and specifiers. What you will be doing: Working in line with the organisation’s objectives as set by the Management Team and Business Director to ensure that key objectives in the region are being achieved by contributing to the sales development of the company Establishing an annual sales plan defining innovative ideas and solutions to ensure targets are being met Identifying and securing specifications for Rockpanel Products Developing, maintaining and extending meaningful commercial relationships with customers, façade builders, contractors, architects, housing associations, partner companies and distributers within the defined area Evaluating the market while supporting and updating the Business Manager/Business Director to be able to forecast accurately Communicating on activities within the sales area on regularly basis through reports Keeping the organisation informed about research projects and outlining market trends Updating and maintaining the CRM system regularly ensuring all contact and project data is recorded and tracked What you bring: Previous experience in a commercial or specification based role Knowledge and understanding of the external façade market Capable of tracking work through the CRM system (RockSell) Knowledge of the distribution sales channel Confident in using IT systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM etc.) Previous experience selling a technical or solution based product What we offer: Competitive Salary Commercial Bonus Scheme Company Car 30 days annual leave Bank Holidays Company Pension Scheme Westfield Health Cashback Scheme Life Assurance 4x annual salary Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme Who we are ROCKWOOL are a global leader in stone wool solutions, transforming volcanic rock into safe, sustainable products since 1937.
