Asset Investment Programme Manager Salary: £58,346 per annum Hours: 37 per week, Monday–Friday Location: Norfolk / Hybrid We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected housing provider in Norfolk for an experienced Asset Investment Programme Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in planning, procuring, and delivering multi-million-pound capital and revenue investment programmes, including minor works and disabled adaptations. The role: * Develop and deliver annual and long-term investment programmes to maintain and improve housing stock * Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements (e.g. Decent Homes, Social Housing Regulation Act, Net Zero targets) * Prepare and manage budgets, maximising available grant funding * Lead the procurement, mobilisation, and management of contracts within a contract management framework * Monitor programme progress, financial spend, and performance against targets * Undertake option and scheme appraisals for refurbishment and regeneration projects * Lead a team of specialist staff, ensuring high capability and performance * Deliver a customer-focused service, engaging with residents throughout programme delivery You will need: * Proven experience in asset investment within social housing or a related sector * Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and building regulations * Excellent project management and budget control skills * Ability to analyse complex data and turn it into clear investment plans * Relevant degree (e.g. Quantity Surveying) and/or membership of RICS or CIOB * Full UK driving licence with business use insurance Benefits include: * £58,346 salary * 25 days annual leave (rising to 30) * Generous pension contributions * Staff reward and discount schemes * Ongoing training and development * Autonomy to make an impact and shape service delivery If you are an experienced asset investment professional looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking housing organisation, apply today to be considered
