This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the chance to become a permanent member of staff following a successful placement. This role is ideal for an experienced HLTA or a strong teaching assistant ready to take the next step, supporting pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to engage with their learning. The Role As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver targeted support, lead small group interventions, and occasionally cover lessons where required. The students you will be supporting have SEMH needs, and some may have experienced difficulties within mainstream education. Building positive relationships and creating a safe, supportive learning environment will be essential.
