Main Responsibilities:
11. Assist patients with personal care and mobility
12. Support admissions, discharges, and general ward duties
13. Help prepare equipment and maintain cleanliness
14. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff
15. Record observations and report concerns
16. Promote dignity, respect, and independence
Requirements:
17. At least 6 months recent NHS or care experience within the last 3 years
18. Enhanced background check clearance
19. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
