What You'll Be Doing as the Technical Manager: Lead site compliance across HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and customer codes of practice - embedding a culture of food safety excellence. Own technical governance, managing internal audits, non-conformances, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to meet BRCGS and retailer standards. Drive hygiene performance, ensuring effective cleaning validation, environmental monitoring, and best-in-class standards across all operations. Be the customer champion, representing the site during audits, visits, and technical reviews, ensuring confidence and collaboration with key retail partners.
