As a Security Manager Senior Associate in the Global Security Team, you ensure the safety and security of our London campus buildings. You will work with us to protect our people and assets, manage security operations, and respond to emergencies. Together, we create a secure environment where everyone can focus on what matters most. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive team.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the security vendor team, including training and performance checks
* Develop and maintain building-specific security plans and staff training
* Facilitate safe evacuation and post-evacuation security of premises
* Oversee visitor and contractor management, including risk and access control
* Analyze security needs and update procedures for protection of people and property
* Assist with implementing new security measures and safety systems
* Conduct staff training in incident management and building safety
