You will complete all preparation and service to the highest standards and in keeping with the specifications and systems. You’ll ensure that we are compliant with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene by following any systems shown to you. You’ll assist with running food and the preparation of sufficient mise en place. To be responsible for the service and wellbeing of our guests. To assist in the set up and closedown of the Restaurant/Department. To support the team in ensuring the efficient, and effective running of the service. Ensure that the preparation and presentation of each section is of a high standard, and is in line with the standards set. Report any faults or defects as you see them. Maintain a high standard of front of house and back of house cleanliness and hygiene practices. Ensure that you are correctly dressed. Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments in the hotel.
