The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, well‑planned Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Drive strong student progress through enthusiastic teaching and a broad curriculum
Use assessment strategies effectively to check understanding and inform lesson planning
Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment where every student can thrive
Contribute to curriculum development and the ongoing success of the department

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
A qualified Science Teacher with QTS, or an ECT nearing completion of training
Confident teaching KS3 and KS4 Science (all specialisms welcome)

Reflective, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional growth
Skilled at building positive relationships and motivating learners of all abilities
Requirements
QTS (or working towards QTS)
Strong subject knowledge across Science
Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
