Sales Manager / New Business Manager
Base location: Welwyn Garden City or Milton Keynes
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join OA to indentify and win large new buisness accounts for OA across the UK.
This role comes with huge scope as the business grows for a driven, sales focused individual.
What you will get up to as a Sales Manager:
1. Proactively source and engage with new clients across the UK
2. Produce proposals and quotes
3. Exceed set targets and KPIs
4. Work with the wider team at OA in developing accounts and gaining leads
5. Keeping up to date with industry news and competitors
6. Attend client meetings and networking events
7. Implementing the agreed Business Development strategy to secure new customers and retain key clients
What we would like from a Sales Manager:
8. Experience winning new business
9. Recruitment background ideal but not essential
10. Ability to work independently
11. Consistently hitting and exceeding targets
12. Must be driven, solutions focused & proactive

You are also required to hold a UK Driving license and have your own car for this role - there will be travel required.
