Operations Coordinator (Client Protection) - 12 months contract Contract Type Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Contract length 12 months Working Pattern Full time Working Hours 35 hours per week Salary £28,613.02 per annum Location Options Birmingham with part of the week working from home Function Type Administration and Business Support, Regulation We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in 12 month fixed term contract to join the Client Protection team. What is in it for you Enjoy a role liaising with the Client Protection teams and external stakeholders Showcase your high-quality planning and organisation skills Be part of protecting the public and upholding the public interest The role As an Operations Coordinator you will be a key point of contact for teams in Client Protection and our suppliers. You will need to respond to queries from suppliers in a timely and effective manner. You will need to be organised as you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers comply with their contractual arrangements. You will be accountable for coordinating project plans, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring successful implementation. As a coordinator you will be required to collect information, report on the progress of cases and update on supplier performance. Your role will be extremely varied. You will provide support to all areas of Client Protection including dealing with service complaints, monitoring and actioning the team mailbox, coordinating management information and creating reports. This role also involves using our finance system to review and process invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring the system is updated so that the Cost Recovery Team can chase debtors. You will form part of the Operations Team within Client Protection and will work closely with other Outsource Coordinators.
