An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Groundworks Maintenance Technician to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers, working across a portfolio of supermarkets and retail petrol filling stations within the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to deliver high-quality planned and reactive non-technical maintenance, with a strong focus on groundworks and external maintenance, across multiple sites within the region.
This role is ideal for a practical individual with strong building and groundwork experience who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and well maintained at all times.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive non-technical repairs across a number of petrol filling station sites. A key element of the role will be groundworks and external fabric maintenance, alongside general building, plumbing and minor HVAC support tasks.
All works must be completed efficiently, cost-effectively and to a high standard, while fully complying with Health & Safety legislation and service level agreements.
