Join a leading telecommunications provider as a UX/UI Designer !
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate UX/UI Designer to support the Product Owner in driving customer engagement and growth through a data-driven, personalised communication approach. Location: UK wide (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
Daily Rate: £500 per day through umbrella
Contract Length: Design and implement responsive layouts for optimal viewing experiences across various devices and email clients.
Develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across different divisions, and Priority brands.
Utilise the Braze platform to design content blocks and templates for use by multiple collaborators in sending communications.
Build relationships with stakeholders, follow up on performance and insights, and iterate to enhance impact.
Work with performance and research data to continuously improve design across CRM channels.
Maintain close relationships with the Brand & Advertising team and the UX guild to ensure consistent and innovative creative output.
Strong portfolio of high-impact emails demonstrating excellent typographic, layout, art direction, and technical skills.
Experience in CRM multi-channel design and implementation using the Braze platform.
Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce, or similar email service providers.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in Figma.
