Abatec is currently recruiting for an experienced Stores/Logistics Section Leader to join our client's Supply Chain team. This is a key role focused on driving change and continuous improvement within the logistics function. You'll be responsible for coordinating all logistics activities, leading internal transport operations, and improving communication across departments.

1. Lead and manage internal logistics operations, including transport and warehousing
2. Implement and improve Kanban systems and internal product movement using ERP and barcode technology
3. Oversee warehouse layout, space optimisation, and material handling practices
4. Supervise, coach, and train logistics and warehouse teams
5. Track and analyse logistics KPIs, identify trends, and implement process improvements
