Front of House Assistant An exciting opportunity to join a law firm as they create a brand new Front of House team. Please note - to be considered candidates MUST have experience of working in the front of house of a law firm. Duties will include providing a first class meet and greet service to all visitors and employee liaising with colleagues to announce guests managing meeting room bookings providing AV/tech support updating and managing the room booking system, confirming room bookings in timely manners proactive managing and relying changes to room bookings liaising with catering to ensure refreshments are arranged assisting with security and health and safety compliance This is an in office position and the shift will be between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hour week) My client can offer a super working environment and you will become a quickly valued member of a small, busy but highly regarded team.
