We work with major national clients including McDonald’s, Tesco, ferrari, Sainsbury’s, BMW, Mercedes, bentley, HSBC and NatWest, Gymshark, Amazon and many more, delivering projects across the Uk
As demand for refurbishment and specialist coatings continues to grow, we are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our client base, strengthen relationships with contractors and asset owners, and build a stronger market presence for the business.
This is an opportunity for someone commercially minded who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities and helping grow a well-established specialist contractor.
The Role
This role combines business development, client relationship management and brand marketing.
A large part of the role will involve actively generating new opportunities through outreach, networking and relationship building, alongside developing marketing content that showcases the quality of our work.
You will work closely with the leadership team to help drive the next stage of growth for The Spray Partnership.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development & Sales
o Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, property, retail and industrial sectors.
o Conduct cold and warm outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone and industry networking.
o Build relationships with main contractors, quantity surveyors, project managers, asset managers and facilities managers.
o Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits and networking events.
o Manage a pipeline of opportunities and support the conversion of leads into secured projects.
o Work alongside the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to project delivery.
* Marketing & Brand Development
o Help develop and maintain a strong online presence, particularly through LinkedIn and digital platforms.
o Visit sites to document projects, capturing before-and-after results and case studies.
o Produce marketing materials, capability documents and client presentations.
o Create engaging content that highlights our expertise, completed projects and specialist capabilities.
o Support the ongoing development of the Spray Partnership brand and reputation within the construction sector.
* Relationship Management
o Strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
o Maintain regular communication with contractors and property managers to identify upcoming opportunities.
o Represent The Spray Partnership professionally within the industry.

Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in sales, business development or marketing
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence conducting both digital outreach and in-person meetings
* A proactive and organised approach to generating new opportunities
* The ability to represent the company professionally with clients
* Experience within construction, property or industrial sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
