We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation in financial services and debt management that uses data at the heart of decision‑making, client delivery, and regulatory reporting. They’re hiring a Head of Business Intelligence to lead client and regulatory reporting, strengthen data governance, and turn complex data into trusted, actionable insight.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical capability with a client‑focused mindset and experience operating in regulated environments.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant client and regulatory reporting
* Own and evolve BI and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability
* Act as a senior data partner to the business, translating data into clear insights and outcomes
* Define and implement data governance, quality controls, and validation processes
* Build and lead a high‑performing BI / reporting team
* Measure and communicate the impact of data services on performance, compliance, and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data services
* Strong hands‑on expertise in SQL and Power BI (or equivalent BI tooling)
* Experience delivering reporting in regulated, client‑facing environments
* Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
* Confident stakeholder manager able to communicate complex data clearly
* Analytical mindset with a focus on operational impact and service quality
