Customer Team Leader - Flexible Working Hours (Hiring Immediately), Northampton
Location: 19 Farthing Grove, Netherfield, Milton Keynes, MK6 4JH
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You will lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful service, managing store operations and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance customer shopping experience
* Support your store manager by deputising and managing HR processes
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging team feedback
* Build relationships and participate in local community activities, supporting the Co-op community plan
