Accounts Assistant
Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a leading client based in Armagh who require an Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role as an Accounts Assistant
1. Processing information onto Purchase Ledger in a detailed nominal structureSales Ledger invoices and paymentsNew suppliers credit account applicationsOnline Banking payments - all ledgers and follow through to SAGELiaising with Suppliers reference any queriesCompletion of Bank ReconciliationsCoding of purchase invoices to a detailed nominal ledgerMonthly reconciliation of supplier statements to supplier accountsContract growers batch performance calculationsProcessing of expenses claims for employeesManage both Sales and Purchase ledgers in Sage
What you'll need to succeed as Accounts Assistant
2. Previous experience in a financial environment - accounts payable/receivable, credit control, financial administration
3. Good Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
4. Good IT Skills
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
7. Good customer/supplier service skills, and confident telephone
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel
