Base pay range
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies within the life science industry. This role is based in Cheshire and requires a proactive individual to contribute to the success of the marketing department.

Responsibilities
* Enhancing visibility of the organisation and showcasing its international influence.
* Building and managing a pipeline of inbound commercial opportunities.
* Generate and implement creative concepts for campaigns and new marketing channels.
* Overseeing the content calendar and producing materials that engage, inspire, and inform audiences.
* Assisting in the delivery of initiatives aimed at automating marketing workflows.
* Creating, improving, and maintaining website content and landing pages for maximum performance.
* Designing, distributing, and refining email campaigns, newsletters, and updates.
* Managing and growing the organisation's presence across organic social media platforms, including posting and community engagement.
* Planning, executing, and optimising paid search and social advertising activity.
* Coordinating online and offline advertising placements to increase brand reach.
* Collaborating with teams and partners to produce high‑quality content, media assets, and marketing materials.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in marketing, developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns, such as paid Google and social media ads.
* A solid educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively.
* Experience in managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and strategies.
* Knowledge of branding principles and customer engagement techniques.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms to drive impactful campaigns.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
