My Client is a family owned protective workwear and PPE supplier across the UK and are seeking to expand a successful Internal Sales team
About the Job:
* Strengthen and grow organic revenue through a distributor network.
* Collaborate with internal and external sales teams.
* Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
* Drive seasonal campaigns and promote new products.
* Pursue new accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Manage CRM, generate reports, process orders, and monitor backorders.
* Report to the Head of Internal Sales Manager and collaborate with Finance and Marketing Departments.
About the Candidate:
* Proven track record in driving organic and new sales growth through outbound calls and account management.
* Previous sales experience in the distribution sector is advantageous.
* Autonomous, organized, and determined work style.
* Performance-oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
* Creative with a passion for customer service excellence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Package:
* Salary 27,000
* Monthly and Quarterly bonus schemes uncapped
* 23 days annual leave - increasing to 25 after 2 years and 27 after 5 years + bank holidays
