Our client, an award-winning luxury office and hotel service provider, is looking for a Client Experience Assistant to join their expanding Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to play a defining role in shaping the hospitality arm of a prestigious brand. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will bring your own personal touch to delivering an outstanding client experience. Key responsibilities include: Handling administration requests and mail management, ordering supplies and coordinating taxis, hotels, and restaurant bookings, supporting client onboarding and building strong client relationships, assisting with office space design and presentation, organising and delivering client events, and providing 360° client-facing/Front of house support. Looking for circa 1 year’s relevant front-of-house, reception, client facing experience, someone who is naturally client focused, personable, professional, and driven.
