Based in the Wolverhampton area, this is a permanent position from day one. We are looking for individuals with the ambition and capability to progress into senior leadership roles. This is far from a standard supervisory position.

Shift Pattern
* Tues to Thurs 14.30 to 23.00
* Fri 14.00 to 22.00
* Sat 08.30 to 17.30
Pay Breakdown
* £14.47 (Hours worked 14:30 – 18:00)
* £15.22 (Hours worked 18:00 – 23:00)
* £16.79 (Hours worked on a Saturday)
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will take full ownership of your production area - driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and leading your team to success.
You will play a key role in the wider operation, stepping up in the absence of the Production Manager, contributing to decision-making, and representing your department with confidence. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to grow into senior leadership and make a meaningful impact.
What We're Looking For
* Experience within food manufacturing (poultry experience advantageous)
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Drive key performance metrics including OEE, yield, and waste reduction
* Analyse data to identify opportunities and implement improvements

* Lead daily briefings, team huddles, and performance updates
* Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
* Promote a collaborative, 'one team' environment
Operations
* Manage production schedules, output, and plan attainment
* Ensure GMP, food safety, and quality standards are upheld at all times
* Take ownership of quality issues and drive corrective actions
