We’re looking for Psychology Graduates to work across a range of SEN schools in Bath and Northeast Somerset, supporting children and young people with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.
This is a brilliant stepping stone if you’re considering educational psychology, clinical psychology, therapy, teaching, or mental health work in the future. Real experience, real impact, and no two days looking the same.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom
Helping children regulate emotions and build confidence
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
Creating safe, positive learning environments
Building strong relationships with pupils who need consistency and encouragement
What we’re looking for:
A Psychology degree or related subject
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
Confidence working with children or young people
SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential
