About the Role
Join our People Team and be a part of our newly formed Case Management function, playing a key role in delivering a high‑quality, efficient and consistent employee relations service.
You’ll be responsible for providing proactive and professional administrative support across a wide range of case management activity. Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees, you will offer guidance on general case queries, coordinate workflows, and support the smooth running of case processes from initial enquiry through to resolution.
There will be a particular focus on coordinating case management activities, producing high‑quality documentation, arranging meetings and hearings, and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date case records. You will work closely with Case Advisers, Case Managers and the wider People Team to ensure cases are progressed efficiently, deadlines are met, and processes are applied consistently.
You will also support the use of systems and trackers to produce reports, monitor performance and share insights, helping to improve visibility, consistency and continuous improvement across the service.
In this role, your days will be varied, offering lots of opportunity to build your experience, develop your skills and contribute to a high‑performing team.
For informal queries about the role, please contact Sue Horner (Head of Case Management) at Sue.horner@warwick.ac.uk.
