Salary: Grade 6, £23,365 - £25,783 per annum.

35 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

Required as soon as possible

The Governors of St. John’s Mosley Common C.E. Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Applicants must be supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.

35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, term time only, 8:30am 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Applicants should have experience of:

* Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessons for whole classes, small groups or individuals during teacher PPA or staff absence.
* Assist class teachers with planning, assessment, classroom organisation and supporting pupils with additional needs.
* Adaptability with strong communication skills, emotional resilience and the ability to work across all Key Stages (EYFS/KS1/KS2).
* The National Curriculum and expectations for each year group.
* Communicating with other professionals, parents and carers.
* Using technology.

Knowledge and awareness of current safeguarding legislation and prevent duty would be advantageous.

All applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative, be flexible to the needs of the school and have a caring nature and the ability to work as a team member.
