About the Practice
My client operates a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Monmouth, committed to delivering high-quality care in a modern environment. The practice is fully equipped with digital x-rays, rotary endo, and has a strong, experienced support team.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development and clinical excellence.
* Exhibit excellent communication and patient management skills.
* Provide high-quality NHS dental care in accordance with GDC, NHS, and practice standards.
* Deliver preventative and restorative treatments tailored to patient needs.
* Keep accurate and current patient records.
* Follow practice policies, CQC regulations, and cross-infection protocols.
* Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
* Optional: Offer private treatments and services as appropriate.
Requirements
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Must be GDC registered as a Dentist.
* Must hold a Performer number with NHS England.
* Must have own indemnity insurance.
* Must undertake a new Enhanced DBS check or provide a valid Certificate/Update service.
* Must be able to provide two clinical referees.
