We are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join a leading organisation in the FMCG industry located in Chertsey. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. Description Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently - to a very high volume Support with improving processes and procedures Reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain financial accuracy. Monitor and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Support month-end closing processes by providing necessary documentation. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies. Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve payment-related issues. Assist with any other administrative tasks related to the accounts payable process. Profile A Successful Accounts Payable - Part Time Should Have Experience in accounts payable or a similar role within the FMCG industry. Worked in a very high volume environment previously Keen on tech adoption and able to support with streamlining processes Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel - to an intermediate/ advanced level Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
