What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver Red Book-compliant valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets for a diverse client base — including banks, funds, developers, and private investors.
* Manage multiple live instructions with precision, efficiency, and clear communication to clients.
* Collaborate closely with Directors and Partners, contributing ideas, insight, and leadership to strengthen the valuation offering.
* Analyse complex data sets, comparable evidence, and financial models (including DCF and residuals).
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships through accuracy, professionalism, and commercial understanding.
* Mentor junior team members and help shape best practice within the valuation division.
About You
* MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor (Registered Valuer) with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in valuations.
* Confident in producing and signing off complex valuation reports for lending, acquisition, and financial reporting purposes.
* Commercially minded with the ability to advise clients strategically — not just technically.
* Strong time management and organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple instructions simultaneously.
* Proficient in Argus Enterprise, Excel, and modern valuation software.
* Positive, professional, and motivated to be part of a close-knit, high-trust team.
