Junior Financial Advisor
Location: Vibrant Manchester City Centre Offices
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (On-Target Earnings: £90,000)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the company:
Are you passionate about helping people make sense of their money? We're looking for a Junior Financial Advisor to join our fantastic client and be one of the first friendly faces there clients meet as they start planning for their financial future.
In this role, you'll have meaningful conversations with clients about their goals-whether it's saving for retirement, investing wisely, or simply gaining confidence in managing their finances. You don't need to be an expert from day one; you'll work closely with experienced advisors who will support and guide you as you grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities
Be a welcoming first point of contact for new and potential clients.
Have friendly, open conversations to understand what matters most to them financially.
Help turn complicated money talk (like pensions and investments) into plain English.
Work with Senior Advisors to create advice that fits each client's personal goals.
Keep client notes, reports, and paperwork organised and up to date.
Stay in touch with clients, keeping them informed and feeling looked after.
Make sure everything we do follows the right rules and regulations.
Answer client questions and lend a hand whenever needed.
Always act with honesty, respect, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Experience: 6-12 months of experience in pension/retirement planning, with knowledge of pension drawdowns, consolidations, tax implications, and providing advice around pensions.
Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma qualified or completion of some RO exams with a commitment to achieving full qualification.
Skills: Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage confidently with clients on a regular basis.
