DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. Position details include:
* No dialysis experience required.
* Training may occur at a facility or training clinic different from your assigned home clinic.
* Float to various facilities during and after training.
* A flexible schedule is necessary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
* Current LPN/LVN license in your state of practice.
* Current CPR certification.
* IV certification if required by state regulations.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Completion of an approved training program prior to operating the water treatment system.
* BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
* At least one year of hospital or clinical experience preferred.
* Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; familiarity with DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
