For this role, you must have experience in looking after clients with peg feed. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. The client is a young adult who has sustained a spinal injury, and due to this, the client would require several complex needs that need to be met, such as: Catheter Care Bowel Management Moving & Handling. You will also be required to assist our registered general nurses on shift in the following where needed: Tracheostomy Care Invasive Ventilation Deep Suctioning Cough Assist.
