- Conduct assessments and develop personalized support plans.
- Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns, ensuring legal compliance.
- Provide emotional support, advocacy, and facilitate group sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and agencies, advocating for clients’ rights.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
