Key aspects of the role: Carry out electrical repairs, fault finding and installation in tenanted and void properties within Social Housing.
Ensure works are compliant with up-to-date regulations and safety standards.
Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.
What youll need: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent) Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence.
