Tax & Client Growth Manager – About The Role
* Lead a small client-facing team, ensuring excellent service and compliance standards
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new or additional services
* Actively contribute to business development and revenue growth initiatives
* Set and monitor team targets for performance, quality, and client satisfaction
* Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on both tax and client relationship skills
* Oversee Self-Assessment and other compliance work to ensure accuracy and adherence to legislation
* Analyse client data to provide insight and support commercial decision-making
The successful candidate will have:
* Solid UK tax experience, ideally within practice or client-facing environment
* Commercial awareness with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to manage a small team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
