Surveyor(Insurance Works)
Excellent opportunity to join a leading North West based repairs and maintenance company for the insurance industry. They have built a strong reputation delivering services across domestic, commercial and industrial properties : particularly within insurance reinstatement projects.
Including:
* Subsidence and Underpinning expertise in planning and site operations
* Drainage repairs, refurbishment and renewal
* Fire and Flood remediation on a one stop basis
* Mini:Piles and Ground:Beams
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high:quality inspections, clear reporting and delivering projects successfully.
What youll be doing
x2714; Carrying out site surveys on damaged buildings and preparing floor plans
x2714; Producing detailed schedules of works with supporting photographs
x2714; Acting as a Project Manager on repair and reinstatement projects including appointment of trades and sub:contractors.
x2714; Managing projects from pre:construction through to completion
x2714; Liaising with clients, consultants and loss adjusters
x2714; Valuing contractor works, issuing interim certificates and final accounts
x2714; Supporting insurance claim submissions and settlements
About you
x1F539; Experience in Surveying and insurance claims
x1F539; Experience managing construction projects (typically upto GBP100k+)
x1F539; Good understanding of small works
x1F539; Relevant qualification or working towards one (AssocRICS / MRICS / MCIOB / MCABE or similar)
x1F539; Strong reporting, organisational and communication skills
x1F539; Full UK driving licence
