Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Deliver engaging and hands-on motor vehicle training sessions.
* Support learners in developing practical skills and industry knowledge.
* Build positive and supportive relationships to inspire and motivate.
* Work collaboratively within a supportive, learner-focused team.
* Adapt to timetable changes and support in other curriculum areas when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in the motor vehicle industry with a passion for sharing knowledge.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, PGCE, Certificate in Education) or working towards one.
* Assessors’ qualification (e.g., A1, D33/D34, CAVA, TAQA, IQA) or working towards one.
* Level 3 or equivalent qualification in the Motor Vehicle field.
* Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance.
