Overview
HSQE Manager required for a highly reputable company who specialise in metal treatment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role and lead projects within a company who are true market leaders.
Responsibilities
* Managing one Projects Manager and one Quality and Training Technician.
* Manage H and S strategy and systems including SSoW and RAs.
* Ensure sites are compliant with H and S and environmental regulations such as COSHH, LOLER, etc.
* Conduct internal audits and incident investigations.
* Perform risk assessments.
* Oversee quality standards, including maintaining ISO19001 accreditation and conducting internal and external audits.
* Monitor product and process quality performance.
* Lead and support activities to secure 14001 and 45001 ISO accreditations.
* Develop and deliver training programs to promote culture of H and S and quality.
* Based from Hereford with travel to two sites located in Oswestry when required (travel expenses covered).
Candidate Profile
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a heavy industrial / manufacturing working environment.
* Hold NEBOSH diploma (or equivalent).
* Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001/45001 or equivalent.
