Responsibilities
:
1. Strategic Account Management: Own and drive growth across a portfolio of high-potential accounts. Create and execute account plans that align with BHN's digital strategy.
2. Partner Onboarding Leadership: Take the lead on onboarding new partners in collaboration with product, legal, operations, and global teams. Ensure smooth, fast, and scalable launches.
3. Cross-Market Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between EMEA and US-based teams, ensuring alignment onmercial strategy, operational readiness, and partner needs.
4. Revenue Growth & Reporting: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support QBRs, and ensure your accounts contribute to revenue targets. Deliver clear reporting on account health and growth.
5. Internal Leadership: Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the team lead and help build a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
6. Several years of experience in digital account management or strategic partnerships
7. Experience in gift card, fintech, digital platforms, or emerce preferred
8. Proven success in managing multi-country accounts and cross-functional teams
9. Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
10. Strongmunicator across different seniority levels and geographies
11. Fluent in English (German or Dutch is a plus)
