The role
This is a newly created, board-level role with a clear mandate to build and lead a Corporate Tax advisory function. The focus is firmly on high-end OMB advisory work (succession planning, restructures, de-mergers, M&A, remuneration planning, EIS and R&D), rather than a compliance heavy position.
Based in Southampton (Hybrid). Open to candidates relocating for the right opportunity, with hybrid working as standard and an expectation of around 50 percent office attendance. A £3,000 to £5,000 relocation package is available.
Package highlights include:
Base salary flexible up to £140,000
Discretionary bonus typically £10,000 to £20,000
