We are currently recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team at Sutton Park in Blunsdon on a waking nights basis.

About Sutton Park
Sutton Park is a friendly, welcoming service supporting two individuals with:
* Autism
* Learning Disabilities
* CHARGE Syndrome
* Polydipsia
One individual uses an adapted form of Makaton to communicate. Both require support with eating and drinking.
They enjoy being active and involved in the local community, including:
* Shopping trips
* Swimming
* Walking
* Eating out at local pubs
This is a lively and engaging service, ideal for energetic and caring support workers who are passionate about inclusion and person-centred care.
What We’re Looking For
? A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently? Flexibility to work across a 24-hour rota, including alternate weekends? Drivers preferred, but not essential? Previous care experience is welcomed—but not required? A positive attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided)
