Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an outreach setting
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with SEN students
* Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support SEN students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience with outreach or home-based tutoring
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work in various locations within the East of England, Essex area (learners homes, local libraries)
* Collaboration with educational professionals and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
