The Opportunity: Our client is seeking a talented and creative Bid Manager to join their Manchester-based bid and multimedia team. This is not your typical bid role, this team approaches tenders like full-scale marketing campaigns, incorporating bespoke design, storytelling, and even video content to win work. Key Responsibilities: Lead the production of high-quality bid submissions, both written and visual Create compelling, bespoke tender documents and pitch materials Collaborate with pre-construction, construction, and marketing teams Develop win strategies and key messaging for each bid Research clients to align submissions with their brand and values Manage bid timelines, deliverables, and win room sessions Work with the multimedia team to storyboard and develop video content Ensure all submissions reflect a premium brand and exceptional attention to detail About the Company: Our client is a market-leading fit out and refurbishment specialist, delivering exceptional spaces for some of the worlds most recognisable brands.
