About the Role We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Contact Centre Advisors to consistently deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance and operational targets.
